What is a CEO Day?
A CEO day is a day where you focus solely on your business. You’re literally responsible for no one but you and yourself. This means that you’re not tending to the kids or anyone else. You also aren’t doing client work. The primary focus during your CEO day is your business.
Why Every Mama Needs a CEO Day?
CEO days are necessary because they ensure that you actually take care of things in your business instead of just focusing on client work. It also helps reduce the overwhelm you may feel when it comes to being a mompreneur.

Ask for Help
In order to be intentional with your weekly CEO days, you have to ask for help with the kids. You have to talk to your spouse, family, friends, or whoever supports you with the kids. Sit down with them to find a day each week that they can commit to so you can have your weekly CEO day. Your weekly CEO day needs to be a standing appointment that you prioritize.
Prep for Your CEO Day
Take the time to prepare for your weekly CEO day. If you want to actually be productive on your CEO day, you need to go into it with a clear plan. Spend some time writing down the top 3-5 tasks you will focus on during your CEO day.
