Meet Phylicia Pough:

Believer. Wife. Mom. Business Owner.

Phylicia Pough, MBA is a Philadelphia native. She attended Philadelphia University (now Jefferson), where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising and a Masters of Business Administration. While in college, Phylicia was fortunate enough to travel and study abroad in London, Paris, and various cities in Italy and China.

For over 10 years, Phylicia has been behind the scenes of businesses and ministries, keeping things organized. Her journey started in Administration and developed into Systems Strategy. In 2016, Phylicia left her job and stepped out on faith to pursue entrepreneurship full-time.

Currently, through PLH Consulting, Phylicia helps mom entrepreneurs develop & implement systems so they can work less and free up time for their family without losing clients or cash flow. She is also the founder of Seek God Slay Goals, a Christian lifestyle brand for millennial women.

In her spare time, Phylicia loves to travel, read and sip tea.
