The reality is that a 6 figure business owner has most likely been at it longer and has built a large, engaged community. They can drop a new offer and have people buy immediately. Until you have built your authority and a large community that trusts you, you can’t make these kinds of moves.

The Problem with Operating Like a 6 Figure Business Owner When You Aren’t One

You may have heard advice like fake it until you make it or make moves like a 6 figure business owner even if you aren’t one. The problem with making moves like a 6 figure business owner is that you expect to achieve the same results as them in a short amount of time. When you hold yourself to unrealistic expectations, you set yourself up for disappointment.

When you don’t make any sales as soon as you post about a new offer, you can fall into a mindset spiral. You may find yourself questioning if there is a problem with your offer or your messaging when that’s not even the issue.

Instead of Operating Like a 6 Figure Business Owner, Do This…

Focus on increasing your visibility, building your authority, and growing and connecting with your community. Keep showing up and promoting your offers. Create content that shows your audience the transformation you can help them achieve and how you are different from others in your industry. When you stop operating like a 6 figure business owner and start focusing on more important aspects of building a business, you will see the results you desire.
