How to Be Consistent in Business When Your Kids are Home
Summer break is quickly approaching, which means that your kids will be home with you full time for the next couple of months. It’s also usually a time for vacations, going to the beach, and lots of fun activities. With the constant interruptions and changes in your daily schedule, it can be challenging to stay consistent in business. Continue reading to learn three strategies to help you stay consistent in business.
Define Consistency Based on YOUR Current Season of Life
Being consistent in business doesn’t mean the frequency you show up in your business. You get to define what consistency is for you. Consistency for you may mean publishing a new podcast episode weekly or emailing your list twice a week. It may look like choosing to participate in collaborations twice a month to help you increase your visibility. At the end of the day, you get to define what it means to be consistent in business. The main thing is that you are getting visible on at least two platforms and letting your audience know how you can support them.
Plan Ahead to Stay Consistent in Business
One of the biggest shifts I saw in my consistency occurred after I started getting ahead in my content planning. I started planning my monthly content at least two weeks in advance. I also went into 2024 knowing the exact offers I wanted to focus on promoting every month of this year. Making those shifts has allowed me to be consistent in business with my visibility and lead generation.
Repurpose Your Content
Content repurposing will be your best friend when it comes to staying consistent in business. When you simplify your marketing by repurposing your content across platforms, it becomes easier to show up in your business. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel in order to see results. Repurpose your content, and you will have cohesive messaging across platforms.
